It's not a shame to admit you need a break

Thoughts of the young - Winter Break 2013
Sometimes  all you want to do is sit down on a desert and watch the sun set.

Sometimes all you want to do is sit on the beach, face the ocean and watch the waves rock.

Sometimes all you want to do is leave and go where no one can find, where no one knows you.

Sometimes all you need is a break.

A break from it all to clear you thoughts and give your state a rest.

No, you do not need to talk about it to someone else, although that helps a lot. For that you do not need to keep it in either because if it stay in, it will harm you. That is why the only choice you have left is talk it out with yourself, but that doesn't mean you can't confront some else about it. It's a battle of the two actually, and a matter of preference as well.

The one thing you should not forget is the fact that giving up in the end, will make all the patience and hard work fade and that won't be worth it...it's going to be all for nothing...you're basically a wimp if you let that happen. Keeping it together is the best choice, and everyone of us has their own way of doing so.
